| This was the first numbered, Limited Edition to be issued by Swarovski. Swarovski issued only 10,000 Eagles for world wide distribution in a lottery style distribution process. All pieces are numbered and laser etched with the swan logo. The Eagle's beak and talons are made of solid dterling silver and rhodium-plated to prevent tarnishing. It came with a hand crafted mahogany base, engraved with the signature of Adi Stocker and year of introduction. Included in this offering was a framed certificate of authenticity bearing the signature of Adi Stocker and Helmut Swarovski. In the United States, SCS members were offered this first. None were available for public offering. Only 2,900 were allocated to the United States market for sale. This was created to commemorate of Swarovski's 100th anniversary. | ||
